there were no recordings i think i found the issue i was using the 32 bit version of the OBS software not the 64 bit and trying to push 4k through the 32 bit program is less than ideal switched to the 64bit version and all good now. (could also be a runtime issue as all my runtimes are 64 bit runtimes.
