No options available for Video Capture Device

I am at a total loss. I work at a school that streams their announcements to the school, and up until recently they were using a Blackmagic Web Presenter. However, they wanted to add a second camera and I had a Blackmagic ATEM Television Studios HD switcher available, so I made the switch for them, getting everything set up. When I did this, there were no longer any options under video capture device. When I attempted to set everything back to the Web Presenter, again no options available. I am going to list everything that I have done so far to try to fix this situation.

• Tried new cables connecting to both the Blackmagic boxes, and to the computer
• Update the drivers for each
• Uninstalled the devices through device manager, and then attempted to reinstall
• Run updates for OBS
• Reimaged the computer
• Did all of the above again after reimaging.
• For some reason the ATEM Television Studios HD was listed as an audio device this time after installing the driver.
• Brought a different computer in and attempted, same results

I am out of ideas at this point. What else can I do to try and get these to work? I have attached screenshots below of what I am seeing at this point.

This is OBS Studio support forum, not Blackmagic.
You should contact Blackmagic support regarding issues on their products.
Have you confirmed that the ATEM Television Studios HD works this way or is meant to be used in a different wat? Blackmagic have support for this? If it should work, can they contact OBS Studoio devs to help make it work?

I posted this same thing to Blackmagic's forums as well. The problem is, that the blackmagic devices are working, I can see that they are receiving a feed from the cameras. What isn't happening is OBS giving me any options for to choose them in the Video Capture Device, so I'm trying to see what else I can do for OBS to see them.

Video Capture Device source in current version of OBS, in Windows, is only for DirectShow devices (WDM not supported).

When did this change? Because until a week ago, they were able to use Video Capture Device for the Blackmagic boxes

Then week ago you had a DirectShow driver for your device.

Form the day OBS Studio was born till today - no WDM support in OBS only DirectShow. Maybe some forks had, but not official OBS.
