No option to change webcam background

I'm trying to change my webcam background to essentially use as a "green screen" for another media source to be used. The problem I have is my background removal isn't showing in the Audio/Video Filters. There is not a transparency option when it is usable in the Effect Filters section either. So I cannot find the options to change my background color using any of these techniques. HELP!! lol I am using the OBS Background Removal/Virtual Green-screen & low-light Enhance v1.1.9
