Hello OBS community

For two days I have tried to transmit on Facebook Gaming from OBS, but when the transmission starts, nobody can see it! It is only seen by administrators and moderators of the page, no other person can see the transmission, as if it were a transmission of Test.

I know it's OBS, as I've been able to stream from my smartphone and from Streamlasb Desktop.

I have uninstalled all plug ins and even OBS.

I have downloaded another version of OBS and the problem persists.

URL of my last transmission with OBS (I can see this video):

OBS log:

Thanks for your support!

Have you read Facebook's requirements for stream settings?
??? 01:29:48.232: output resolution: 1080x1500

are you using Facebook's /live/producer? if not, for this troubleshooting, I strongly recommend you do
In /live/producer if you see the preview feed, then OBS is working as designed/expected. Restriction as to who can see a stream is done at Facebook's end not OBS. To make sure nothing unexpected happening with any Facebook login settings in OBS, I recommend NOT using that ability. Simply point to Facebook and use a stream key. assuming that works, that should point you in the right direction for resolving

Hello Lawrence.

My problem is not about the aspect ratio, since I have been using this non-standard aspect for months.

Please check my latest file (https://obsproject.com/logs/mWslyqHOzwsN1mvf) and confirm that I used a standard 1920x1080 aspect ratio and the problem persists.

I have performed the following tests without any progress:

1. Reinstallation of OBS without plug ins, adding the scenes it had and profiles.
2. Reinstallation of OBS without plug ins, adding only the scenes it had.
3. Reinstallation of OBS and creation of scenes from scratch.
4. Modification of Facebook live servers, performing latency tests (this is carried out here https://www.facebook.com/live/ingests).
5. Creation of a new transmission key.

In all reinstallations I have deleted the OBS installation folder, temporary files (%temp%) and application data folders (%appdata%).

Currently I can still stream normally with Streamlabs Desktop, but I want to use OBS.

Thanks for your time to reply this post.

Regards

My suspicion is that streamlabs has some front-end automation for login and stream settings, that when using OBS you MUST do within Facebook itself. And I'm betting they [Facebook's video stream settings] aren't what you want/expect. Hence my comments about facebook.com/live/producer - check your stream settings thoroughly

hello.

It seems that the problem is directly from facebook gaming, since I have been able to reproduce the problem with streamlabs desktop.

At the moment of starting the transmission from the facebook web page, the problem occurs.

Anyway, I appreciate the patience and time to respond.

Regards
