No more chat and no more alert from Streamlabs.com on OBS.

Hello guys,
I use streamlabs.com to activate my chat and alerts when I stream on OBS. Since last week my chat and my alerts no longer work, only the sound of the alerts work, but I no longer have a picture. My tests on streamlabs.com are working.
I uninstalled and reinstalled OBS, but that didn't change anything. OBS is up to date.

Do you have the solution to this problem ?

What I have found whenever this is happening is that I need to simply refresh the browser sources of my Streamlabs stuff. Without fail, simply refreshing the browser source seems to solve it.

I'm hopeful that helps you.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

I would first like to thank you all for your involvement.

All I had to do was uncheck the box [enable browser source hardware acceleration] in the OBS preferences.
