I ended up deleting OBS because it was sticking and i believed that would help. when it was reinstalled the minimizing (and maximizing) bar had completely disappeared. this makes it slightly difficult to switch between obs and other games that i haven't even opened yet. does anyone know why this happened or how to fix it? lmk !
