No Microphone Access in OBS 27.2.4

I can't seem to connect a mic onto OBS Studio 27.2.4 due to an issue in System Preferences. When I go to Security & Privacy > Privacy, I do not have a "Microphone" option, but I do have Location Services, Accessibility, etc. No log file because this is a macOS issue.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that to do with sound if anything? I don't believe you would find a mic in Accessibility.
