no mic aduio with audiobox96

I have been trying to get audiobox 96 to work or at least recognize the mic. No matter what setting or workaround I use, OBS does not see the mic. It only will hear the windows ding. Mic works fine without being seen in windows.
So why is this happening? Had to scrub my computer and reinstall OBS to see if the mic will connect, but no sound only can see it in OBS. https://obsproject.com/logs/Hpmwg4ByS0BIB9mf

***update***
After scrubbing OBS from the computer, tried it again and still no working mic in OBS. Tried various USB changes in Device manager, but still nothing. Literally going to try Lightstream and see what's up at this point. Can't find anything about this issue.
