Question / Help No low end sound when live streaming

I am using a Macbook pro with OBS installed and a Pioneer DDJ1000. I am going from the booth out on the controller to a iRig2 to the headphone jack on the MBP. All works well while live streaming on Facebook except for the sound. The sound coming out of the FB live stream has no low end sound at all. It's all treble/mono sounding. No bass. Any ideas what could be the issue or anything I can try?

I’m having the same issue out of a pioneer S9
