No line levels or audio from my input device show up in OBS

I'm running audio from a Behringer U-phoria UMC404HD into my windows 10 pc. I use Ableton live and the audio comes in fine. I can also see and select the Behringer as the audio source in OBS. No levels come through the OBS mixer though. I can hear and see levels from internal pc sources, just not external. I am using a GoPro Hero & black as my video source. That mic doesn't produce levels in OBS either. A little help please?

Same issue. Along with other users. Tried everything.

Try this.
Go to windows logo, type change system sounds, recording tab and change 44100hz to 48000hz and it started to work!!!
