Hi, I have my Black Magic webpresenter + camera + sound mixer + podcast microphone, but I have a sound issue I don't understand. Both sound mixer and web presenter see the sound from a microphone, but OBS can't see it. OBS sees all other sounds from PC or when I use my internal PC microphone, but it doesnt see/hear it coming from Web Presenter.

So I connected 2-nd PC for test and it sees the Line In sound from Web Presenter. Still, I need it work on my #1 laptop. My guess is something had to happen with settings in sound card or codecs or other sound thing. Yesterday it worked, I did fully online test. Was better then ever.

I already installed again K-lite codecs but it didnt help. So please help someone.

After 3/4 of a day I found the sollution and it has zero sense for me, but may be helpful for some people who may have experienced the same issue. After trying everything reasonable and making sure it has to be Windows's fault, I almost gave up but still trying last thing with Start>>>typing "Microph" in search and chosing Microphone Config. System gave me 2 options about Cortana, that I dont five a "F" about, because I dont use it. Anyway I clicked to set if it is using microphone, chosing my BlackMagic Web Presenter as a sound source, and then I read the line from a screen, that system told me to. I didn't even finish reading it, and everything was done.

I don't know why it was broken & why it has repaired but it works. TADAM!

You calibrated the microphone. Or with other words, Windows configured the microphone gain/microphone sensivity for you. You find the actual setting by right-clicking the sound symbol in the system tray -> Sounds, then choose the tab Recording, then choose the device, open properties of it, tab Level, and set the top slider.
