Video Card: AMD R7 260X
OS: Windows 10
CPU: i5-3550 (Ivy Bridge)
OBS: 0.13.1
After upgrading to Windows 10 from 7, the option to use Intel Quick Sync no longer appears unless I have the intel card connected to a 2nd monitor that is powered on and displayed. I used to just be able to set up a "fake monitor" in Windows 7, and I could use Intel Quick Sync then. But even though I have performed the same steps under Windows 10, I still get no option for Quick Sync.
I successfully use Intel Quick Sync with Cyberlink Powerdirector to encode my videos (WITHOUT having to connect the card to a real monitor).
I do have the latest drivers from Intel installed (just installed them again the other day to be sure).
Any fix for this? Thanks!
