Question / Help No hope for me out of options. Game has weird stutters froms frames/ gpu usuage then goes back to normal (ONLY WHEN STREAMING)

Hi. I need help.. To start heres my specs. CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700x, MB: Msi x470 Gaming Pro, 16GB G.Skill 3000hz, GPU: Evga 1060 6GB, Corsair H100i v2 Water Cooled for the cpu as well. Well To state my case I've been streaming for the last few months with problems but after the few months I wanted to smash my computer lol. When streaming a game with Pugb and ForkKnife being the main games I play to have some sort of either a slight sutter or thermal throttling of somesort. Ive tried to render the stream with my CPU and my gpu with both having the same problems. Im not sure what to do or where to start. Thank you for reading this and hopefully we can figure this out together. If you need anything like logs or etc... Let me know please! Thanks!
 
Hi I have the file I did fail to mention im using the stream labs OBS but when I tried it with obs studio it did the same. This log is from stream Labs OBS. Thank you for your response!

We need the log from regular obs.
We don't provide support for streamlabs' version of obs. They do.
