I'm... a bit confused here. You're streaming from your PS4, to twitch, and then opening the stream in your browser and capturing that with OBS?

You're not having the same issue at all. In the future, you can make your own thread and explain your issue in a bit more detail. Your issue is you need to select the right devices in Settings -> Audio.

You need to do more research into sound because your audio is not being captured properly, but I don't think it is an OBS issue.
