Bug Report No game audio when cam is added to scene

I'm all of a sudden running into an issue now that my scenes without cam are able to have my elgato audio come through but when I go to a scene with my cam, I get no game audio. I have attached my latest log.

just wanted to add that I haven't changed any previous settings and this just started happening today.

I reinstalled camera drivers, obs, elgato software and drivers and still when I switch to a scene with my camera all game sound stops.
