Question / Help No dropped frames but stream still choppy for viewers when recording

This is only an issue if I record at the same time as streaming. OBS shows 0 dropped frames for me the entire time and my cpu usage is fine, yet I get choppy video coming in. I run a dual pc setup using an elgato hd60 and a gtx1050. When streaming I run a 3000 bit rate and never have anyone complain about buffering and I never drop frames unless its a fluke incident. I recently read a bunch of guides and redid my recording settings hoping for better result in my recordings as I have always had this issue regardless of settings. I know it isn't my internet speeds (300down/30up) and am at a loss for why this is happening. I will link the vod below and it will be at the 2 hour mark so you can skip ahead.

I just took a look at that log file and Its the wrong one. I will make a new log file this afternoon when I get home and post it
