I had this issue before when I tried to record videos through OBS and my Mac Mini but I accidentally reset my OBS settings and now the lag issue is back. I try to record a video with my camera connected to my computer via a camlink 4k and the video gets choppy at some parts, especially when I move around. I'm not dropping any frames and I'm using display capture to record my screen, but I still get this. Any ideas?
