Question / Help No disk in Drive D: at start up.

Okay I'm going mental here. Every time I launch OBS I get an error that there is no disk in drive D:. I've gone through all my settings and set ups and nothing is looking for anything at Drive D: so why is this coming up and how do I stop it!?
