No devices appear on Audio Output Capture properties list

In setting up an Audio Output as source, I find that there are no devices at all in the properties pulldown.
In Advanced Audio Properties I can see "Audio Output Capture", my camera mic, and the built in mic
Audio Monitoring is set to "monitor & output" for Audio Output Capture and the camera mic
Monitoring device is set to my main audio output device (Scarlette Solo)
I've tried re-starting OBS & rebooting the system
Any & all suggestions greatly appreciated!
