[Main Issue]
There is NO "Desktop Audio" being detected regardless of my selected Device; currently configured to "Default" (USB Headset in Windows). I tried selecting different device options in OBS, ex. headset itself, etc. with no success. No Audio.
I can hear all audio types in the headset: game, videos, etc.
I been experiencing this problem since Friday while attempting to stream on Twitch. Relaunching OBS temporarily fixed issue. However, today, nothing is fixing the problem. NO audio what so ever.

Also, while troubleshooting, after relaunching OBS 3 times, it fails to launch. All I get is a phantom EXE running that I must disable in Task Manager, and then reboot the PC in order to get it to run properly.
