I think it was caused by Windows 10 Creator's Update. I have a Rainmeter widget that has visuals when there is audio playing. Ever since the update, it hasn't moved, even when sound plays. OBS Studio also can't pick up any desktop audio. I don't have any speakers besides the built in Realtek speakers. Looking through my log I noticed this line:
11:59:14.411: [CoreAudio encoder]: CoreAudio AAC encoder not installed on the system or couldn't be loaded
I have absolutely no idea what this means, but I feel it has something to do with not recognizing any audio.

I am also on a Surface Pro 4 if that helps at all. i5 4GB RAM 128 SSD
