Have you tried reinstalling Realtek HD Drivers?

EDIT: Nahimic? Disable it.

Thank you very much, fixed now. Wonder why nahimic is causing problems with it.

EDIT: I exited nahimic completely, started obs -> sound is fine and restarted the software afterwards. Audio still works. Have to do it everytime but hey, I can't live without that bass.

I use Realtek HD with ecualization and sounfd improvements only via Realtek HD Driver. This works fine with OBS.
Nahimic is supposed to do the same but I think it "captures possesively" (free explanation ;) ) the device and don´t let OBS do its magic.

No,

1, via Speaker, right click and go to Reproduction devices
2. select your default device and click Properties
3 go to "mejoras" (improvements, I suppose) and select : Ecalizer, Headphone Virtualization, Sound ecalization. I use either Rock or "potente" (powerful?) settings.
