No current live streams (while streaming!)

I've been trying to get this right for a few weeks now with no luck. In OBS's YouTube Live Control Panel, it shows No current live streams even while I'm streaming. I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Could someone please enlighten me? See attached pic:
