Question / Help No clue why Frames are dropping

Hello, kinda new to the forums. Recently, I have been having a lot of frame rate problems. I took about 4-5 months off of streaming, and before it was working fine. But now, for some reason, my frames have been dropping. I'll attach the log and a speedtest. Again, I'm kinda new to the problem solving part of the obs forums, so if I forgot to attach something, please let me know. Thanks!

Try use different Twitch server.
Or, before this, try test your connection and latency speed to different twitch ingest servers.

Thank you for the response! Unfortunately, it appears the quality on US Central, US East, and Us West are all 0, so I guess something must've happened to my connection since last time. I'm at least glad it wasn't something I was doing in my settings, and now I know the root of the problem. Thanks!
