No change in settings, however stream lags very badly when it did not previously.

I am streaming Apex Legends. In game I have 0 performance issues, however, my stream has been extremely choppy as of late, without me having made any changes to my settings until removing some scenes and trying to change bitrate during this stream. I am posting my logs below, as I am at a complete loss at this point.

Should clarify that I am aware that I was not in administrator mode and will run OBS in that mode from now on, however, I never ran OBS in admin mode in any of my previous streams either, and it ran perfectly smooth until now.
