(NO CAPTURE CARD) Remote play 720p looks better than OBS Stream.

Ive been trying to fix this issue for a couple days now, the video quality on the remote play which is 720p (High) looks clearer than the OBS stream which i have set to 720p 60fps 15000bitsper which doesnt make sense to me. Hell running 720p 60fps streams on my PS better is than this. Its as if there is this fine silk sheet on the video that no matter what i try it wont look as good as the remote play screen. Anyone have a fix to this?

I figured it out, set it to 1080p canvas scale to 720p. then make the remote play window smaller and itll look better on the stream and on obs. fuck yall.
