NO AUDIO

Suddenly we have no audio on our live streaming or recordings. Our countdowns play, our intro music plays but when we go live, nothing. I have tried a pre-recorded video, no audio. Everything was fine on the previous Sunday, then this Sunday [29th January 2023] no audio. No settings were changed at this end. I have deleted OBS, re-installed and imported the profile but this has changed nothing. I have also tested a new profile, still nothing. Please help me ....... please [hoping it is something very simple that I don't know about yet]

Checked the advanced settings of audio (three dots on the audio device), if the settings are right? Maybe they are only set to only monitor.

Hi, thank you for responding. Three dots checked and not the problem. We do actually have sound on the laptop and OBS, but when we go to live stream there is no sound on the broadcast. We hit record so that we would at least have a copy of the meeting but there is no audio on that either. Our set up is 3 scenes, countdowns, music, meetings. The countdowns and music have sound on the stream but the meetings don't. I also tried a pre-recorded message [in case it was our camera pa equipment at fault] and that is not streaming the audio either. I hope this makes sense, I'm kind of flaying around trying to find a solution.

I have found a crash report from the Sunday prior to having no audio. I don't know if it helps to post it on here?

There isn't really anything to screenshot. The audio is not working on streaming or recording. This is on Windows 10. It was working fine on 22nd January, the following week on 29th, no sound on the stream or recording. I have tried all the obvious solutions with no success.
