Question / Help No Audio working for Mic/Aux

I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is working. I have desktop audio but no Mic/Aux. I have a webcam plugged in that has a built in microphone but I can't get the audio to work with OBS. I've set it to every setting that is available and nothing. please help. i'm losing my mind. Sound doesn't work in recordings or live except for the desktop audio.
