No audio when playing back a recording display desktop screen

when playing back a recording with desktop display screen I can't get audio. Is there something I need to do in order to hear the audio of my recording? I hear the desktop display in my headphones but, when I stop recording and open the file, I have No audio. Thank you

Hi Al Beatty, No cell phone. Just working with my Laptop Screen. I can't record audio with screen capture or my DAW Studio One 4. Video is fine.
