No audio when attemping to record with split audio tracks

Hello everyone,

I've installed OBS a couple of days ago and have been setting up the settings to record videos. I've come across an issue where if I want to record a video with split audio tracks, no sound will be recorded at all, mic, applications, nothing. Attached are screenshots of my settings within OBS.

Here's the log URL - https://obsproject.com/logs/KWOgFZHns0cyka9g

Thank you for your time!

You've configured OBS correctly, and your logfile shows you're actually writing 5 audio tracks. However, your first track will contain only silence, because you muted it (last screenshot). You can listen to the other tracks if you switch to them within your media player. No media player will mix tracks, they will only play back one track at a time.

Thank you very much Koala. What would be your advise if I wanted to hear everything in the recording in a media player? Should I toggle everything in track 1 and maybe split the rest between 2 and 6? Or maybe I can leave it as it is, unmute the desktop audio and perhaps silence that track when I edit the video (not sure if possible).
The only reason I silenced it was to prevent duplicate audio from every channel as I had come across that issue as well, while setting up and muting that particular channel helped me tackle it.

Yep! Everything in Track 1, and then use the remaining tracks for the individual components if you still want that.
