No audio through obs on streaming pc

I use elgato hd60 s+ with vb-audio. I can see the sound bars moving up and down on the streaming pc through vb-audio but for the life of me cannot get it through my obs.

Been trying for so long, tried so many different ways but still to know luck.

Any help much appreciated
