Question / Help No Audio Sources Detected - Mac

Hello Im looking to record audio from my mac itself.
I can record from the microphone fine but if I was to record a game there would be no audio from the game.
I will be able to hear myself but it cannot even find a audio source.

I am confused this is my first time using OBS.
Am I doing anything wrong or is something wrong with my mac.
Please help I am at my wits end.

You have to use wavtap, soundflower or ishowu audio capture (all are free, i prefer the last one)
