No Audio Recorded

Hello, I am here today to say that when I record using OBS Studio, the latest version 0.14.1, it does not record any audio whatsoever. It does record the scene, but when I talk, the two bars, the 'Desktop Audio' and 'Mic/Aux' show that there is sound, but I cannot hear the audio using the video player I use right now, which is the default for Windows 10, Movies & TV.
I am recording them so the output is a mp4 file. If you have any answers to this I would appreciate them. Thank you for your time.

Please play the video back using VLC from videolan.org, Windows media tools have awful codec support and they don't understand the Audio codec that OBS uses even though it is a standard codec :-(
