Question / Help No Audio Output

After streaming for a few hours my output audio (music, game audio, discord call audio, etc.) stops being picked up. I've checked all of the audio settings and can't find anything that fixes the issue. The only way that I have found that temporarily fixes the issue is; uninstalling OBS and reinstalling.
