Question / Help No Audio on Streaming or Recording

I run a iMac with a BlackMagic Capture Card connected to it. The card gets audio from a Behringer X32 sound console sitting right next to it via rca cable. We run a single camera into the capture card. We had everything set up and working and then all of the sudden a couple weeks ago, we lost all audio. We get video from ProPresenter and run into OBS to stream to facebook. I am registering the audio in the meters but there is nothing coming out on the stream or in the recordings. What am I missing?!?!

Check in Edit> Advanced Audio Properties that you've assigned the audio inputs you're recording to the same track you have selected in Settings > Output for streaming/recording.
