No audio on recordings

We recently setup our PTX Optics NDI 30x camera in the gym at the school where I work. I have it setup to a Senheiser MKE600 shotgun mic and powered through the sound board in our video room across the hallway before it is input to the back of the camera. Everything (Audio and Video ) was setup and working fine in multiple tests performed the day before. We tried to record the board of ed meeting last night and all audio dropped out. I went on to test it and I have no audio on any recording now? I tried removing and reinstalling the camera on OBS it has not worked yet. I went to each connection and tested them all. Everything seems connected. We purposelly did not touch anything after the successful tests the day of the recording to make sure this would not happen. The principal who did the recording said there was audio coming to OBS the entire meeting. He even had to lower the monitor volume at his laptop because he was getting echoes while he was running the recording. I am getting clear audio to OBS still but it is not on recorded videos Anyone have any suggestions
