Question / Help No audio on OBS Studio

Hello there, my issue is simple, OBS Studio does not record both audio and video. I might have done something wrong when changing file format to .mp4 from .flv ? In contrary, OBS Classic records the sound and video, and I am pretty confused. I am trying now to reinstall the program, it's the second time. Hope it works

What media player are you using to check your recordings?

Also, do NOT save directly to mp4.

I used Windows Media Player to open the videos.Ok. I have returned the program to default settings.

You need to use a GOOD media player. Windows media player is NOT good.
Try VLC instead.
