Question / Help No Audio On MP4 Media Source Files (video plays just fine)

Hi, I am setting up a new laptop with OBS. I duped my OBS setting folder from old computer to use setting that have worked for me.
The only thing that is not working is no audio plays on MP4 media files. I can see the levels in mixer on OBS but no sound is playing. I suspect I need to troubleshoot the sound setting on the computer to fix the issue but don't know where to start. I have HP Spectre with Bang & Olufsen sound settings. I see Realtek is my default for speakers, headphones and microphone. Any suggestions on what to troubleshoot first?

go to obs mixer settings and select the monitor output option

I have testing different setting in there but nothing is restoring the audio.

Things I have tried:

Increased volume in mixer
Tried all 3 options in audio monitoring in mixer

In audio setting - tried all three setting in desktop audio device
Also testing and tried different setting in advanced output in streaming, recording and audio.

Made sure I downloaded the latest OBS version for 64 bit
