No Audio on longer / larger size recordings

I just updated OBS today and of course I'm having audio issues.
I save OBS recordings to an external 12 TB drive.
I record in 4k.
I recorded a half hour show earlier and when I replayed it there was no audio in the mp4 (about a 13 gb file size).
I recorded 4 test videos all under 5 minutes and the final recordings all had audio.
I regularly record half hour large file videos and have never had a problem until the update.
I have spent 8 hours on this and I'm at a total loss.
I tried so many times that I'm not sure if I have the correct log file...
Any help or insight would be appreciated!

Im having the opposite issue. Hour videos (33 GB files when done) audio is fine but no video. However it seems that under 30 min its fine??

It literally started after the update to 28. Before that everything was great....

Me too. Large files have this issue, no video or not opening. I'm frustrated. I'll have to re-record the game from scratch for getting this error today after updating

have yall found a fix to this im having the same problem when i record long videos (hour +) and i go and review the footage the audio is always gone, but when i record test videos for a couple minutes the audio is there if yall find a fix plz let me know

I have not figured it out yet....was working fine until I upgraded to 28....devs?
