I have a tricaster system connected to a Blackmagic web presenter. The web presenter shows audio levels and I hear audio when connecting headphones to the tricaster. However when I try and receive audio in my OBS no audio levels show in OBS. Henceforth when I stream users are unable to hear any of the audio. I am using an the black magic converter to sdi but still receive no audio on the OBS. OBS also does not give the opportunity to use black magic as an audio source. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
