no audio input (mixer to obs livestream)

we're using a mac mini 2024 with m4 chip, 24GB ram on sequoia 15.4.1 for obs live streaming. for audio, we use 3 wired mics and background music is controlled by a samsung laptop. all these audio devices are connected to mg16xu yamaha mixer. the mg16xu is then connected to the mac mini as audio source. we use aitum for multistreaming in youtube and facebook. we have a very clean audio output before (https://youtu.be/WwV6leCOgpU) then suddenly obs can't detect any audio output. we didn't change any setting. we can see it in the audio mixer in obs that it can detect the mic and the background music but there's no audio output in our livestream. we tried changing the settings but no avail. anyone can help? in the meantime, we use desktop audio as audio source which is terrible because it capture the surrounding noise (current output with new setup is here https://youtu.be/WtPCoqVl2kQ and it sucks). we tried uninstalling and installing obs already.

I had a similar issue with OBS not picking up audio from my mixer during livestreams. It turned out to be a routing problem in the mixer settings. Also, for anyone doing media streaming or IPTV setups, photocall is a great resource I’ve found useful.
