We have an HP all-in-one desktop with an extended monitor running obs for Windows 10. There is a PTZ camera connected via HDMI to USB 3.0 sound card. We get desktop audio to register in OBS but nothing from the line in or from the HDMI to USB. We've tried everything we know.
