Question / Help No Audio in VIdeo

I'm trying to record footage from my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. The audio shows it is being picked up by OBS, but the videos end up being devoid of any. All other videos on my computer produce audio perfectly fine. Any ideas on what this could be?

Download VLC (a free media player) from videolan.org and play the recording with that.

Didn't fix it. I've tried recording it in different formats. Doesn't work. Any other video plays audio regardless of video player. It is only videos recorded with OBS that do not have audio.

It didn't work the first time. I had to re-install it. Like I stated I'm not really a computer person. Thanks for your assistance.
