Hello everyone, so when i record with Obs, once the file has been remuxed, there is no audio, not even in the mkv file.
Everything is working fine and setup using voicemeeter Banana.
I'll attach the log files.
I would much appreciate any help that I can get.

Thanks

Are you seeing the meters of each audio channel moving when recording?
Are you using multiple tracks to record this audio channels?
Which video player are you using to watch the recorded video?

It's strongly recommended to use VLC player as the windows player isn't that good. If you're using multiple tracks then the audio files are there but on a different track not used by the windows player or youtube (if you uploaded it)
In this case you need to use a video editor capable to see and edit multiple audio tracks, like DaVinci Resolve (free version is profesional grade), to edit and then encode the video to have only 1 audio track.

Hi, thank you for the reply.

So yes the meters are moving when recording, I am using multiple tracks to record and I am using VLC player.

In the actual .mkv file, there is only one track called camera and the .mp4 file has the multitrack but there's nothing on them.

My guess is that i am doing the routing wrong but i have tried a few things that i have seen on reddit or youtube to no avail.

No. As long as you selected the tracks, those are there. Probably you are listening to only track 1 instead of all the tracks.
Other thing that could be happening is that you're using Source Record plugin, which records on separated files. Look for this files and see if the audio is recorded in there.

Make sure the audio is passing thru by monitoring the different audio sources in advanced audio settings.

Post a screenshot of your advanced audio properties. Here all the sources are assigned to the tracks. From the log it can be seen you're writing 5 tracks to the video file, but unfortunately not which sources are assigned to which track.
It seems the source record plugin is able to write only one track, but the main recording file should contain all tracks you select in Settings > Output.

Keep in mind media players will never mix tracks. They will playback one track at a time. To listen to other tracks, you need to switch between tracks in the media players.
