Question / Help No Audio in Live Stream - OBS/Mac/Blackmagic Intensity Thunderbolt

My apologies if this has been answered somewhere else (and please link the tread!) I'm a total newbie at this and I'm pulling my hair out trying to get this to work consistently.

I'm trying to stream a live concert to YouTube and while the picture and stream are perfect, I'm getting absolutely no audio. Here's what I'm using:

• MacOS 10.12.6 (Sierra)
• OBS 20.0.1
• Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt edition
• Canon Vixia HF G20
• External audio from a soundboard

The soundboard and video are coming from in house patch panels that previously worked for streaming with Wirecast on this same system. I've changed the audio settings in OBS to every combination I can think of, and still nothing. I've moved the audio in from the Intensity to the Macbook line in, and it seemed to work the first time. I've tried to replicate the results and OBS doesn't see the audio feed in. Everything was connected before I even booted up the Macbook.

What am I missing? Shouldn't I be able to route everything through the Intensity, or do I need to install third party software? Am I stuck using a line in for audio? Any and all help is appreciated.
