Question / Help No audio from PC game capture

Hello I seem to be having an issue with my OBS Studio setup. It seems that I'm able to capture the footage from my PC game, however no audio seems to be outputted. I can hear the audio when I'm playing the game with my headphones but when I record the game, there is no audio. I'm also only able to have 3 audio tracks displayed: Desktop Audio, Mic/Aux, and Webcam. My mic records my audio just fine but the PC game doesn't. I've attached my log file in this post. I am currently using OBS Studio 18.0.1 thank you for your time.

Ok so after setting my Desktop Audio to "Default" I am now receiving sound. However, is there a way to disable the recording of my PC notifications (such as the sound PC's make when they discover a headset being plugged in)? Also, it seems that OBS Studio seems to only discover my PC game some of the time, while other times it doesn't even appear in my preview window, does anyone have a solution to this? Thank you for your time.
