I have no preview audio. When I play the video from what I've recorded, I hear the audio signal. I've tried various configurations of my audio outputs in Settings - audio properties, including my external soundcard. I've also tried various ASIO settings that include FL Studio and Voicemeeter. I've looked through the forum for other users with the same problem. I've run out of ideas for now. Thanks for your help!

Not sure what you mean by "preview audio". Do you have an audio source set to monitor? If so, what is your monitoring device set to in settings > audio ?
Are you capturing your default windows audio device? If so, is your monitoring device the same device? Because it shouldn't be.
Once you've set an audio device different from your system default (or at least different from any audio device you are capturing) you can use the advanced audio properties screen to turn on "monitor and output" for all sources you want to hear during streaming/recording.
Edit > Advanced Audio Properties
