No audio from capture device

Today I cannot get audio to come into OBS from my video capture device (magewell). It has always worked before. And I know the audio is coming into my computer because I can get it to come into audacity. Just not OBS. Any ideas? (I did recently download the plugin for ndi connection, not sure if that would have anything to do with it.)

Video comes in, btw. And other audio sources seem to work. Audio from a media source, for example.

figured it out. or rather, i restored my system. some setting must have been screwed up somewhere. it works now.

Hi - That is a very interesting story considering I've spent the last few hours trying to troubleshoot the same issue. Strangely coincidentally, I never did find the culprit other than pulling all the connections and plugging them back up. It literally just started working. Definitely a ghost in the machine.

Have you had any issues with audio de-syncing?
