No Audio From Capture Card Despite Testing. Video Also Choppy at Times

Just recently figured out a different issue with OBS because of my CPU. Thought everything was fixed but after a three hour recording session with both game audio and mic audio my recording has no game audio from the audio track dedicated to it. My mic audio track does have audio. I tested both before recording and have seen signal while recording during the session and tests after. I got audio in one test but it sounded horrible. In my most recent test I still had the same problem but the video also showed it skipping at different times.

Here is that most recent log. Thank you for any help.

I turn on HAGs (Because I turn it off for a different problem but it wasn't the actual issue). Started testing again and got audio back when just recording game audio but the audio itself is out of sync. I know you can sync offset the source but this was not an issue before so I do not think this something I should have to do. To me there is something still wrong and I'd like to fix it.

Here is the log from my recent tests.

Sync offset does not even work. Did a couple of tests. Even saw how splitting the recording worked. Found the amount of time the recording wasn't sync and tried applying that to the next test I did and the sync offset still did not fix the sync issue. The split recording even had different amount of time not synced properly for each split video of the session.

There is a new issue with OBS every time I fix something and for Months I never came close to any of these issue. I did a standard update after finishing a series I did for YouTube and now I have had nothing but issues for an entire month.

Will someone please help me?

Here is the log file.
