No audio detected by OBS

Hi, first off I have absolutely no idea what I am doing.
Second off I have been trying to fix this issue for awhile but any "fix" I have found online has either been unrelated to my problem (for a capture card or guitar etc etc), for an older version of OBS, or simply did not fix my problem.

Essentially OBS will not detect any audio coming from my pc. I am not using a capture card or anything fancy. The device I have set in OBS settings is my default audio device in windows settings. My mic is picked up no problem and it will capture video without an issue but it will not capture or even detect any sound. My only possible guess is that it has something to do with my audio device. I have some fancy shmancy kraken tourny headphones that have THX spatial audio and had to do some tweaking to get them to even work. But that was a long time ago and I don't really remember every setting I messed with to get them to work. Im really at a loss for any other steps to try. I've included some screenshots of my settings hopefully that might enlighten someone as too what my problem is.

I have used the analyze page for the log file but that didn't present any useful information. Here is a link.

I can provide any more information you may need. I appreciate any help you could offer. Thank you for your time.

You probably need to disable the spatial audio feature.
I actually tried that after making this post. It works if I am playing sound out of my monitor (built in speakers) However will not play out of any other setting. I would prefer to have it run out of my headset but at least its not completely busted for me. My only guess is that theres something weird going on in the firmware with the headset. (It has modes that are not the thx spatial. Settings for game/chat respectively)
